The lights and sounds work. The sound is quite loud. The head and arm move up and down but the body motions do not work. No batteries will be included. The box shows wear and marks. The plastic is coming loose from the box. As shown in the last 2 pictures the broom has been taped to the hand and there is a rip in the cape on the back.
