It powers on as you can see in the pictures It appears all original knobs and all are free and turn I feel like they should S-Unit meter will move a bit when I switch the knobs so it is free as well Casing is solid but has some superficial wear and aging but in my view not adverse considering the ageNo dents or dings to speak of - Very Restorable. I Borrowed the power cord from another item I had for sale so power cord is not included. I can not test it farther as I am not equipped to.
