There are some minor paint scratches in spots (see pictures). I believe it was made by Jim Shore and dates back to 1994. However, the stamp on the back is hard to make out. Jim Shore made a larger version of this figure, however this small version is very rare and hard to find. It measures about 3.25 inches tall (see pictures).
