Description: Here is a rare to find and great looking vintage thin art deco Girard Perregaux 17 jewels pocket watch movement with square plates in very good condition. The watch runs in certain positions but tends to stop frequently and will need a clean and service before use. The balance wheel moves very freely and the movement looks very clean. The dial is also in very good fine condition just showing some minor marks and no damage. The front dial is 38.6mm in diameter and the back movement plate is 36.2mm in diameter which I think makes this a size 12 movement. The watch is very thin (only 4mm in depth). Rare Girard Perregaux movement for repair.
