Runs when plugged in, but the shaft for the fan has a some play in it (in and out, not side to side) and it stops oscillating when it oscillates to the right (see video). Has a weld on the bottom of the oscillating dial (see photo). Please look at all the photos and the video to determine the cosmetic and mechanical condition, selling as-is, no returns.
