Description: RARE SIGNED “Run-Through: a Memoir” by John Houseman 1st Ed/1st Printing 1972 This very rare 1972 1st Edition / 1st Printing (Hardcover with Dust Jacket) of “Run-Through” by John Houseman is signed and personally hand inscribed using his nickname “Jack”, a name only used for him by his closest friends (his both name was Jacques). The inscription is written as follows: “For dear Deborah, Actress, Producer, Directorial asst., Choreographer - Friend! Love, Jack Twelfth Night July 1988 Palos Verdes” I’ve not been able to determine who “Deborah” is, but given what Mr. Houseman wrote about her she’s clearly an actress, producer, assistant director, and choreographer. She also must have been a close friend as he used his nickname. The inscription is dated July 1988, just a few months before Mr. Houseman’s passing. The fact that Mr. Houseman signed this as “Jack” makes this an incredibly rare item. Condition is Very Good Please refer to the photos for condition details Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions! And please check out my other listings for more unique items!
