The buyerwanted to change his feedback after we talked, but it had been toolong to do it (over 30 days). The second negative was over packaging and damageto a tweeter on a speaker. That buyernever contacted us. We reached out to them and offered to make a claim on theinsurance and give him a partial refund or full refund if he wantedto return it. That buyer again did not respond. The speaker was well packaged andhad no damage when it was shipped. We typically over wrap items, especially anythingfragile.
