And all of the fittings are very tight Maker mark is very clear along with the proof mark above it. To add to the authenticity, it contains the number that was associated with these pieces which indicated the personnel number who owned the dagger. "1272" is stamped both on the blade and matched with the same number on the throat of the scabbard The blade is in excellent condition with minor spotting, but no rust. IMPORTANT**Guard has "T" and "N" on the crooked windmill. It's all there** This would be considered choice condition with 95% of the lacquer finish still there.
