Rare Applause Bear in the Big Blue House Cloth Playhouse Play Set w/ Furniture

Description: This listing is for a rare vintage Bear in the Big Blue House cloth playhouse play set by Applause. This set was fairly rare and rather expensive when it came out. I purchased it at Dillards, so it was probably a department store exclusive. I don’t remember exactly what characters came with it when it was brand new and which were items that were purchased separately, but I am selling them all together. The set comes with several pieces of furniture and several plush characters. As far as the furniture, there is a blue sofa, a matching blue arm chair, a table with a red checkered tablecloth, and an orange chair. There are two purple plush figures, I believe these are called Pip and Pop. I don’t know why, but they are slightly different and don’t match exactly. One is larger with longer fur. They must have been purchased at different times or came from different sets. There’s also a plush moon and sun. These have Velcro on the back and can be attached and removed from the side of the house. There’s a little orange plush figure who I believe is named Ojo. Unfortunately the Bear himself is missing. This set is made of thick cotton cloth material. It zips down the sides and opens up to reveal interior rooms. One side folds down and looks like a front yard. The top has a Velcro closure. I carefully washed and air dried the outer house and surface wiped the inner frame. However, there are a few stains that remained. These are mostly on the back roof and handle (see photos). You might be able to get them out with a spot treatment, but I didn’t try too hard. The figures and furniture were also washed and air dried. There are a few light stains on the sofa, but nothing extreme. This item comes from a non-smoking home. Please feel free to message me with any questions or requests for additional photos.
