Description: Premier Plastics of Brooklyn NY issued two gift sets in 1958 containing 5 Korean War era fighters----and it was simply named Model Planes. This is the 2ND and LESS COMMON of the two Gift Sets [cement and paints were to be included]. Some of these kits and their decals very closely resemble early Hawk kits. The 5 kits [~1/48 scale] are: Russian Mig-15-SEALED [unfortunately, this is molded in gray/silver--ive seen it molded in both red and green!]North American F-51H Mustang: SEALEDNorth American F-86 Sabre: SEALEDRepublic F-84 Thunderjet: there is a tear at one end of the packagingGrumman F9 Panther: SEALED [this is kind of an ultramarine blue--ive seen this in two other shades of a darker, Navy blue--so this color should be rarer!] EACH face of the box cover is shown. As noted, the version was to have cement, paints and a brush included. Well..the paints aint here [Id love to know what paint brand was included--Revell used Pactra in 1954...then had their own later thereafter]. But...the small tube on unmarked cement is there...as is the HIGHLY DESIRABLE paint brush!!! I am also including digitally edited and color corrected reproductions of the original decals [not shown] . Premiers decals were stick on...not water slide. You can have them printed on vinyl as stick ons or as waterslide...your choice. If you DONT make a choice i'll print on vinyl if I have the "paper".
