Guaranteed authentic! rare 1934 POPEYE MAKE A PICTURE CONTEST Quaker cereal premium very scarce. this is the only example I have ever owned. full color. 4 section fold out. when closed approx. 6.25" by 8.75" and folds out to approx. 25" by 8.25". colors are bright and vivid. unused. this was the contest instruction card; entry form; sample pictures of scenery and props and list of prizes. on the other side is full color pictures of scenery and props to be assembled with Popeye and other characters and then mailed in. the only flaw is some light penciling on the reverse blank side. please view all the photos to make an intelligent decision on condition.
