Description: Up for sale is an original 1898 photo of Civil War veteran's soldiers of Company M 5th Pennsylvania volunteer regiment july 21st 1898. It is marked that in the lower right corner of the photo. This photo was taken in Gettysburg, at the GAR Grand Army of the Republic. Encampment. And on the back has the label of the famous William Howard Tipton.He was the famous gettysburg battlefield photographer. Photo is old and does have condition issues, but displays nicely for its age. The total measurement is 19 3/4" by 13 1/2". There are also some rips and tears as seen in my last 5 pictures. It needs to be remaded and framed properly, but i'm selling it as seen, and as is.
