It is UNKNOWN if there is any propellant left inside the container. There is liquid inside, the rattler can be heard, and it feels as though there is about 1/2 can of liquid. There are about 3.5 oz. of liquid paint inside since this can weighs ~6 oz. where an empty can weighs 2.5 oz. Although we do not recommend this technique, there is a video on the internetthat shows if there is no propellant is remaining, how to depressurize the can, cut it open and then apply the liquid paint using an airbrush set-up.
