We actively try to remove items from our website as they are sold from our store but in the odd chance that we miss one or two along the way we want to give our customers a heads up. Seeing an item on our online website doesn't guarantee that it is in the store as it may have already sold. If that is the case and you want to pickup in person please call ahead to make sure that it is still available. When processing an order to ship we will check if the item is available in our store and if it's not then a refund will be processed for items that are no longer in stock. When it comes to singles and graded cards my perspective on condition may be different from yours. If you are collecting for conditions please message me for photos on the card or come to our physical location to view the card, as there will be no returns or exchanges on condition whatsoever. Not all items shown on our website are available in store. Some might be at our warehouse so to avoid disappointment it's best to order online even if it's with the pickup option and we will notify you when your order is ready to pickup in store. It also saves our customers time. Local pickup available (SAVE ON SHIPPING FEES WITH LOCAL PICKUP!) I never list any collectible as mint as I feel that word just gets loosely tossed around. I am a genuine honest seller and I rather sell to a buyer who actually wants what I'm listing than mislead someone into a sale. Therefore I will never list a collectible as mint condition as what is mint to one person isn't necessarily mint to another. **Please note: Due to the high volume of collectibles I have / that come in, it is impossible for me to identify every flaw, Any blemishes are completely unavoidable and are Being sold as is. All collectibles I sell are all authentic. There may be minor flaws in paint jobs as they are mass-produced collectibles and minor box imperfections/blemishes may have occurred from hand-packing boxes from official distributor workers. These are NOT acceptable reasons for returns. Please note that the item in the picture may not be the one that you receive as I order multiple quantities from official distributors and the one in the picture most likely has already been sold in my shop or online already / might be a stock photo provided by distributors. So Images are just to give you an idea of the product. No returns under any circumstances due to rarity. If collectible condition is important to you then it's best to purchase a physical item that you can see in person. If the item you are purchasing is a PSA/BGS slab or any sort of graded card we are not responsible for any blemishes or scratches on the surface of the slab as that’s how we receive them. All Sales are final If you are a concerned customer about blemishes then possibly purchase from another seller who can guarantee mint perfection as we most certainly cannot and will not risk ever having a customer be disappointed we rather miss the sale entirely than make someone disappointed. I go to the post office once a week so I have an extended handling time on all the items I sell.
