Description: This early primitive hand-carved and hand-painted one of a kind rustic decoy duck is a true antique. it had damage when we bought which did not affect its decorative value for us. bottom and side bottoms damaged. it was coated with wood glue and it seems no further damage has occured since we purchased in the 1960's. hand fashioned and hand painted it has are nails which are rusted after more than 100 years. we always seeing it in our converted 1860 barn home. This decoy duck is a great addition to any vintage hunting collection and is great for display.
