This joystick was originally used on a Jazzy 1450 power chair. Just make sure that the wire plug at the end of this joystick fits into is the exact 4 hole receiver. Note that each of the four “holes” are round, not flat on one side. (See picture). Even though this joystick has control buttons that can operate certain power seat functions, this joystick will work on a chair that doesn’t have any power seat functions. Don’t buy to try.
