This is a truly ONE-OF-A-KIND Presidential relic, as NO other document in existence contains the original signatures of any eight or these specific eight most prominent U.S. Secretaries of Defense. As all seven signers are deceased, this incredibly unique piece of history cannot be recreated. The signing Secretaries of Defense include: ROBERT A. LOVETT (#4, Truman, 1951-1953), THOMAS S.
