This is standard patina from all the years of use and for being in storage. It appears to be all original. The glass cover looks good, however the top right corner of the glass shows some radius or under cut, it doesn't appear to be broken or cracked, but it seems like the glass shifted or moved so it shows the rough edges. It's not noticeable, but I have to note this. You could see the radiuses in the last photo where the glass has reflection. It's hard to see it through photo. I will do my best to package it up as safe as possible for shipping. The shipping cost will be high, but I will cover most of it and what you're paying for is mostly for insurance, signature, and the cost for material to get the item protected for shipping. I'm sure the actual shipping cost would be around $40-$50 with UPS Ground due to the size. Local pick up in Monrovia, California area is highly recommended.
