Sadly the instructions don’t include the amount of money included. I believe the $ is all there but I have no way to verify. The money and all the cards are in great shape, don’t look bent or torn. All the houses, dice and pieces are there. This is a rare limited release board game and priced as so. The board itself is in good used condition. The back solid blue has some masks. The instruction book looks good. The box itself is a little beat up, especially along the corners. I took pictures to show but all outside corners of the box shown some signs of wear. Shipping you are given is an accurate amount eBay charges to buy a label directly from usps based on dimensions and weight. eBay nor myself overcharged for this to make money. They do make their money off the total sale which does include shipping but I buy the label you pay for once the item is sold and paid for. Shipping is sadly just expansive if over a lb and any dimension longer than 12”. Which this board game lands into both those categories. I like to let my buyers know that yes, I know it’s high but no one’s making any money off of it. Sellers like myself who punch in accurate weights and dimensions give you the exact price that usps charges.
