Description: This is a 1985 First Year Release Pleasant Company American Girl of Today, #14. The early Pleasant Company version is very hard to find. This one is very nice condition. She one of the first 20 dolls in this line released in 1985. There were two choices of brown hair dolls, light and dark brown like this one. The light brown hair, blue eyed doll is #7 and she is much easier to find. This doll comes in the 1985 Meet outfit, called the Mix and Match outfit. It has magenta underwear, a tee shirt, and leggings. There is a oversized white shirt and a reversible denim vest. I have included the purse from the meet accessories. The rest of the accessories are not included. The early Girl of Today dolls came with writing sets. There are 6 blank books and an instructional pamphlet for each one. These are really hard to find.
