Description: This is a White Body Pleasant Company American Girl Kirsten doll from 1989. The doll is very clean, has nice hair, her limbs are tight, her silver eyes were replaced at the American Girl Care Center. She is in Kirsten's Winter Set. The set includes the Winter skirt and blouse, with the woven hair ribbons. This outfit came out in the Holiday Catalog of 1988. The Skirt and blouse have Pleasant Company 1990 tags. The sweater, hat and mittens are known as the Hand-Knit Woolens. These were also first released in 1988. The tags on this set are 1989. On the doll stand are the Flannel underwear with 1990 tags. There is a long white chimise and a quilted petticoat over it. Black and white thick socks came with it. Red boots that were sold as part of the summer collection are over the socks. Kirsten's Carpetbag and her Winter Pastimes are the accessories with this set. The Pastimes includes the paper dolls, snowshoes, a thaumatrope new still in bag. The mannequin is not included but the accessories come in their original box.
