(Lot #PC-7-192)You are purchasing a Plasticville O-O27 #1700-129 "Two-story Colonial House." This kit was released in 1956. NOTE: this two-story house has the gray roof, red sides, with white trim. NOTE: one of the connecting pins to the porch roof snapped off but is included for gluing. (The decal curtains are installed on the inside of the windows.)This kit is in "excellent" condition and has the correct marked box. These Two-Story colonial houses always look very striking on the Plasticville residential layout or collection especially when illuminated. I KNOW you will be satisfied with your purchase.
