This extremely rare set is similar to the set shown in Pipedia.Until 1906 Barling used French turned bowls and fitted them with their silver.Silver fittings are stamped EB WB.This set was made in 1887 according to the letter M hallmark. Pipe is canted Dublin, stamped W.W.W. Assembled with extension it's very long - 20".There are 2 stems - 1 is real amber and another one is horn.Extension is also made of horn. Bowl has a dent on the outer rim - see pictures.Horn extension was repaired to seal a hairline crack, and now it is airtight, so pipe can be used with extension.Case requires professional restoration.
