When I say a saw pops it means I have poured fuel in the carburetor or cylinder and it runs for a few seconds as it uses up the fuel.Unless otherwise stated it does not come with a bar or chain. This saw pops with fuel poured in the cylinder. 1 recoil cover screw uses a nut for a spacer? The corner of the air filter cover is broken off. The recoil is slow to rewind. It is dirty and has been sitting. These saws are old and could have other problems I did not even check for. A lot of these older saws need fuel lines and sometimes a filter so even if it does not say it in the description assume the fuel lines are bad. I only ship within the contiguous United States.
