Pink Floyd THE PIPER AT THE GATES OF DAWN Cassette **GOLD TOP/GREEN LABELS**1972

Description: For sale is this very scarce vintage cassette of PINK FLOYD - THE PIPER AT THE GATES OF DAWN on Columbia Records (1967). This wonderful early example is a very rare 1972 3rd UK Issue cassette of the first Pink Floyd album. It has an EMI "Gold Top" inlay with DP print credit which denotes manufacture by the Data Packaging Corporation. It has a light grey tape shell and lemon green paper labels with boxed EMI and Columbia logos. The catalogue number is TC-SCX 6157. Condition: The Norelco case is graded VG+ with light wear, The inlay is Good (G) with wear, tarnishing to the gold and some discolouration especially to the inside fold (see picture). This tape has been tested and plays well. Please note: Cassettes of this age are extremely fragile. For this reason this tape is sold as a collectable item only and without guarantee.
