Description: 6 black and white, glossy reprints from original photos of Pitkin, CO taken around 1900-1916; one original 5" x 7" photo of a famous "Girlie House" in Pitkin; and, a photo of a promotion piece for the Bon Ton Hotel which still stands. All items have descriptions on the back with histories and provenance; diagrams of the town showing streets and buildings; and, names of residents in some parts. Apart from some waviness, the prints are VG. Reprints, notes and diagrams were made in 1969. From the estate of Francis Trudgeon who played a role in preserving the history of Pitkin.
