LP is original, dated 1963 and comes with the record and inner sleeve. Cover is not in the worst shape for its age, it does show slight age wear and corners are not too bad. Top right and lower middle are coming apart some (about an inch) but once matted in frame this will not be noticed and this piece will look AWESOME!
