I am breaking up a nice Scott International Album collection into individual country offerings. Below is a general description of the pages. Pages start with the earliest issues and continue to 1975. I will try to note any exceptions. I counted the pages once. So count could be off as I did not double check. But it will be very close if not exact. When counting I watched the dates at the top of the facing page to see if they were generally in order as one might expect. I did not go over every single page other than flipping. From what I've observed pages are in order through the collection but that is not to say there could not be a page missing here or there. In general pages are clean and neat. Some have limited hinge marks from removed stamps. This was not a heavily used set of albums. An occasional page has light pencil marks. It looks like a few pages were once punched for a different album. This does not affect anything and I'm just mentioning.Most holes are in good condition but I have seen some that will need repair. Some (many) countries have no torn holes that I noticed. Other have a few. I will TRY to note exceptions. BUT EXPECT TO ADD A HOLE REINFORCEMENT HERE OR THERE AS NECESSARY. It is possible you receive pages with holes reinforced. Torn holes or reinforced holes will not be considered a defect as these are used pages. From review the pages are in nice condition... NO rips, missing pieces, large crumpled creases or the like. Of course there could be shelf wear so to speak or minor creases as one might encounter in a used album. No significant issues unless noted. Pages are useful, seemingly complete, and just fine to start a collection. I am not photographing other than the first page. The pages you receive are just as contained in the 9 volumes of a once larger Scott International Album collection as sent to me. No reason not to expect the pages are not as they should be. Back of book looks in order. I will combine shipping where possible. I do not look at many stamps closely....again expect faults!Some stamp estimates are roughly fast counted estimates other numbers are simply a guess. Consider any count numbers only a guide......a ROUGH ESTIMATE... a GUESS. Often I was doing two things at once so mistakes could have happened!Albums and pages - Expect faults. I try to note. Some could be hidden (like loose pages). Some albums I sell are well over 100 years old. Some are like new. They vary! Some could be improved with library quality paper and fabric tapes. Page holes could be reinforced. These are not considered defects as these are used albums and pages. Both could include owner’s marks and notations on pages. Page completeness cannot be assured. I try to review but there is no way for me to be certain all pages are intact unless wrapped and new.Common 3 ring binders – Condition is given little consideration as they are so common and easily replaced. Review photos for condition.I have tried to note any exceptions. Generally, postage can be combined. I try to cover my costs and not make money on postage. Sometimes the combined postage saving is great....sometimes not so much, just depends on the material. eBay Global purchases are not able to be combined.If you notice extended shipping times it is due to conflicts I see that could cause a delay the day the auction closes.....work, travel, family, weather...... I try to ship within 24 hours of your payment. My default shipping is set at three days. Sometimes an unknown delay is unavoidable and I usually try to send a note. Do not expect weekend shipment. Basically, I ship VERY fast unless I cannot!I only ship out of the United States using the eBay Global Shipping Program.
