If you would like to return an item, you must first contact us to let us know of your intention. Next, ship the unused, undamaged and unopened item back to us. Do not ship items using Media mail because it can take weeks to arrive and we can't issue refund or exchange the item until we receive the original item from you. Please use original box or similar packaging to ensure that the stencil arrives in undamaged condition. Ship the items to: Cutting Edge Stencils 630 Swan st. Ramsey, NJ 07446. Upon receipt of the unopened and unused goods, we will gladly refund your credit card or PayPal account for the full amount minus shipping charges and 10% restocking fee.
