Electronic parts must go back to the manufacturer for bench testing. After hours please email us so we know first thing in the morning there is a problem and we will contact you promptly. Shipping: Free Shipping: applies to the lower 48 United States only. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, APO’s and Puerto Rico are not part of the lower 48 states and will be invoiced separately for shipping. Most items will ship same day as long as the payment is received by 2 PM EST. Otherwise the item will ship next day or in accordance with the handling time.
