He attended Medway College of Art from 1966 – 1968 and then Maidstone College of Art from 1968 – 1971, where was awarded the Diploma in Art and Design. Hedley has been a full time painter since 1976 and is married to the artist Dianne Flynn.His work has been exhibited at the Royal Society of British Artists, the New English Art Club, the Royal Institute of Oil Painters, the South West Academy of Arts in Bristol and many commercial galleries both in England and overseas. We ship within a maximum of 3 days of purchase and will use a variety of 24-48 hour parcel carriers including Parcelforce, UPS, Yodel, City Link and Hermes. Internationally we generally ship UPS on a 5 day service. We ship worldwide apart from The Russian Federation and certain other countries where we cannot get parcel company coverage. You are also welcome to collect from our address near Cirencester, Cotswolds at no charge. Returns We accept returns when notified within 48 hours of receipt. If the return is due to an error on our part then we will pay up to £12 for the return postage.
