Papell Boutique Evening Beaded Tank Top Black Diagonal Stripe Pattern Scallop XL

Description: This listing consists of one pre-owned rarely worn Papell Boutique Evening black scalloped neck tank top adorned with diagonal striped black bugle beads. The top was made in India. The shell is 100% silk and the lining is 100% polyester. My dearest wife tells me the top is "no stretch", which I take to mean that while it fit her trim 5'4" 110 pound frame, it would not stretch to fit a frame some what larger. I have to say that this top typifies the confusion women's clothing design can cause to us mere mortals. The last photo shows two thin black straps which I thought might be some sort of shoulder strap, but they looked so out of place with the flashy presentation of the rest of the top. Maybe they were worn under the top in some manner, but then I could not figure out the engineering. How does one wear them? Guess what, they are not for wearing, they are for hanging the top on a clothes hanger so the top does not stretch or fall off the hanger. I am pretty sure the Red Heads smile, when she told me this, had more than a hint of condensation in it. Moving on.
