The screen scratches are barely visible when the display is on. I have included photos to help illustrate. This appears to be a NON-Touchscreen unit. Windows has been reset and is currently running Windows 10 Pro, which is an update from the as-shipped Windows 8. Includes and aftermarket AC Power Supply. Battery holds a charge and appears to still be useful for normal use, extensive capacity testing has occurred for this battery pack.
