We think they looked especially beautiful on the end sections of our long silver mirrored plateau. The vases themselves are handblown in opaque cobalt glass with a scalloped edge. Each epergne is 15 inches tall with the vase opening of about 4 inches. The style of these epergnes’ dates to the Victorian era in the late 1800’s. Each gilt bronze base on marble depicts a romantic scene of a gentleman with a young maiden at his knee. This very lovely pair of epergnes is in excellent antique condition & ready to enhance your home.
