Description: For sale is a pair of fine vintage Chinese paintings of a man and a woman on board. The matted pictures are 8 inches wide by 12 7/8 inches tall; the picture areas are 4 3/8 inches by 8 5/8 inches. The pictures are painted on heavy card stock. One shows a man if armor with a sword, and the other a woman in robes. The detail is very fine. There are no signatures or other marks. The pictures are matted with brown mottled mats as shown and taped in place from the back. Condition on the pictures is fairly good. The pictures seem to be in fine shape, but there is some water damage to the bottom edges of the mats. Some nice older Chinese paintings!
