Description: UNTESTED- However, I don’t see any issues preventing it from working, I’m just not familiar with this camera. Comes with film. The Bolex B-8SL camera is an 8mm cinema film camera which was produced starting in 1958. The camera features 25ft daylight loading spools which hold double run 8mm film. When a roll runs through the camera, only half the width of film is exposed. The spool is then reversed and run through again, exposing the other half. When processed, film is split and spliced together giving 50' for projection. Projection time at 16 fps for 25' roll is 4 minutes. The B-8SL is a simplified, two lens model in Bolex's Compumatic series of cine cameras. This model features a selenium cell light meter and a locking shutter control latch. The camera uses "D-mount" cinema lenses.
