The highly durable strapping secures goods and pallet contents from slippage or shifting, providing relentless commitment during transportation. Utilize this perfect banding roll for bundling up multiple items together, including medium-sized boxes, pallets, wood, and more. The lightweight design is easier to use and carry, providing more flexibility than steel and less elongation than polypropylene material. Learn more about this environmentally friendly strap roll below:- Measurements: The length, width, and thickness of our banding roll are as follows; 4,000 feet, 5/8-inch width, and 0.035-inch thickness. It has a core size of 16 inches x 6 inches, enabling you to cover high-volume applications while reducing the frequency of roll changes. We have other sizes too for you, like 1/2" width with 780 lbs breaking strength & 0.025" thickness, 3/4" with 2,500 lbs breaking strength & 0.050" thickness, and 3/4" width with 1,800 lbs breaking strength & 0.040" thickness. Strapping Material: Our strapping roll is engineered from Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) material which is composed of high-quality polyester fibers, providing resistance to bending. It will withstand substantial loads with manual applications. It has a working load limit of 1,166 lbs and a breaking strength of 1,400 lbs with low permeability, restricting water flow. Thus, making it perfect for different environmental conditions. It has a textured (embossed) finish to provide a better grip. AAR Approved: Our UV and rust-resistant rolls are hand grade (manual applications) and have the American Association of Railroads (AAR) certification. Thus, making it suitable for packing medium-sized boxes/packages, binding together newspapers, pipe, lumber, concrete blocks, warehouse packaging of transportation companies, and more. Thus, preventing slippage and falling during transportation (or even at the warehouse). Simple-to-Use: Our box strapping roll is easier to handle on horizontal and vertical surfaces; you can easily apply and remove it using manual tools, like tensioners, dispensers, sealers, or cutters. You can also use an electric machine with these rolls. It's available in green color for easy identification and organization.
