This JSLIST jacket is outside of its original 'ice pack' but has never been used, worn, or washed. NSN number is 8415-01-444-6116. This jacket was taken out of its 'ice pack' in 2002 for military inspection and was never taken outside the United States. The jacket has been in climate-controlled storage for nearly 20 years, and is just as new as the day it was issued by the USG. Buyer will notice (from pictures) that threads from the original manufacturing process by Readyone Industries is still all over the jacket - indicating no history of a use or wash. Buyer will also note (from pictures) that all hook and loop straps (i.e., Velcro) are in their original manufacturing status from the factory. Enjoy.
