Description: Featuring elements of Konami's "serious" Gradius and "whimsical" Parodius shooters, Otomedius Excellent features a choice of nine female characters perched atop futuristic vessels. The frenetic action takes place from a side-scrolling perspective as you attempt to shoot down all hostile threats and acquire power-ups in order to save the universe. Up to four players are supported for simultaneous shooting action via Xbox Live or locally on the same console. As you progress, you'll be able to unlock artwork of the anime characters that can be viewed within a separate gallery mode.
