Description: This includes 1 Ostrich Feather and 3 Emu Feathers. Retail is about $6.00 but I need to get rid of left over merchandise from selling my fly shop so listing at $2.00 each ($8.00 total). That’s less than dealer cost. Ostrich: Hot Orange Emu: Olive, Brown, and Gold Ostrich Herl is a long wispy and velvety feather used for bodies on any fly and tags on full dress salmon flies. Emu Herl is also soft but has shorter Herl. They are used for many different patterns from nymphs, buggers, soft hackles and even dry flies. They make a nice abdomen on stones, gills on Hex nymphs, and used on dry flies. Don't confuse with partial or smaller loose feather packs. Also, don’t confuse with craft store feathers that fade in water and are more fragile. I combine shipping costs.
