Description: Kit Kat Clock Replacement 2 Eyeballs & 2 Clips 15 1/2" Clocks These replacement eyes fit the larger 15 1/2" Kit Kat battery operated clocks White no cracks or breaks - see photos. These eyeballs ONLY fits the Battery Kit-Cat (15.5″) clock. The battery clock eye has a long stem out the back that allows connecting the eyeball to the lever slot.The eyes are sold as a set, two eyeballs, a right and left eye.The bottom of the eyeball is noted by the eye pin that is longer and fully rounded; the top pin is flat on the back side, or half-rounded.Right vs left eye is determined by the position of the eye stem. Looking in the back of the eyeball, one notes that the stem is not centered, but off-set to one side. When installing the eyes, one wants the fully round pin on the bottom, and the off-set for both eyeballs to be closest to the nose of the clock. Also, the cat’s left eye (looking through the back of the clock) has a small raised odd number inside it. The right eye (looking through the back of the clock) has a small raised even number. It helps to use a flashlight to spot these numbers.The eye stems are inserted into the lever slots: use the inside slot, by pulling backwards, or bending the lever slot to the stem tip, and inserting. The eye j-clip is used only on the battery powered 15.5″ clock. The clips are interchangeable on both left and right eyes. The clock requires two clips,one on each eye. No tools are necessary to install the clips, they press onto the eyeball shelf with finger pressure. Purpose of the clip is to lift the eyeball up off the shelf and eliminate friction.The clip is installed with the wide part going underneath the shelf, and narrow part on top. It is like a paper clip and will push onto the shelf and must seat fully into the notch, no part of clip sticking out.
