Description: Original circa 1940s ENSIGN pear box/pear crate label. Used for pears distributed by Duthie & Company in Portland, Oregon. Label shows a flying blue flag with a yellow pear on it - nautical engisn. I found this label decades ago in the Hood River Valley so I know it was used there and I suspect elsewhere in the Pacific Northwest. Label is in good condition, BUT HAS HANDLING MARKS - see scan. I will combine shipping on auctions.
