This large Charles de Montfort post-impressionist color serigraph (silkscreen) of a Paris street scene is signed with the artist’s printed signature in the image lower right corner: DE MONTFORT. The image size measures 20 x 27 inches, printed on a cream color board with margins, the board measures 21 1/2 x 28 1/2 inches. The print comes unframed. CONDITION: The silkscreen is in very fine condition, with no evidence of any damage to the image. Charles de Montfort, a painter of coastal scenes, landscapes and Paris streets, was born in 1910 in Agaccio, Corsica. He studied at the Beaux Art Academy.
