Orig. c1920's signed Roland Clark Pen & Ink Drawing Estuary Landscape Study

Description: Great original signed c1920's Roland Clark (Amer. 1874 - 1957) pen and ink on paper estuary study drawing. Roland Clark is known around the world for his great bird (duck & geese) etchings, I was lucky enough to get to know his grandson and sat for many hours discussing his grandfather's work and his joy of hunting. I was not able to purchase any of the private etchings or any of the original oils but he let me get away with this little gem. The painting has a great detail and you are able to see Roland's ability and technique. The drawing is clearly signed in the lower left corner "R. Clark". It remains in its original frame and looks to have never been removed. The drawing measures approx. 4" x 7" and overall framed approx. 7 3/4" x 10 3/4". It is in very good original condition with overall uniform yellowing. - (please view all photos for the best representation of quality and condition). The items I list are primarily antique or vintage, and may have some minor flaws. I try to mention all damage or wear to the best of my ability; but I don't hold these pieces to the same standard as I would if they were new.
