Submitted Sept 9th, 1886 for Surplus From The Sale, and was Paid From The General Fund, City of Brooklyn. Voucher Was Approved and Passed by The Mayor's Office, Brooklyn on Sep 9th, 1886. Voucher Has 3 Different Signatures Related to NYC Government and Offices Involved. Voucher is approx. 8-1/2" High x 3-1/2" Wide Folded for Filing and When Opened to Read, is approx. 7" High x 8-1/2" Wide. Voucher has some edge wear and chipping on edges and in folded crease, along with some light folds in corners. There is some light spotting and overall toning, heavier on edges. Still legible and looks period when unfolded. Ink Remains Dark and is Clearly Legible.
