Description: Up for sale is an Ordnance Tactical Okinawa Plate Carrier with pouches and Ordnance Tactical Haley style D3CRM micro rig/placard. Second Owner, Unused. Originally ordered directly from Japan. This is the version without the cobra buckles and it's in Jeitai not Coyote or Multicam. I don't see them offering them anymore. It was made to order and has some interesting difference in velcro colors. I'm the second owner but he didn't use it and neither did I. Includes: Carrier, radio pouch, nod pouch that'll adjust to your own insert, two HSGI style magazine pouches, a dump pouch, a rear pack sized to the plate bag, chest rig with ability to mount to plate bag, shoulder straps, and a dangler style pouch. It can take some thick plates even the UHWMPE floaty ones. Pretty sure it can fit 11x14s as well. It fits large ESAPIs fine which are slightly smaller than that. It has some interior adjustment. Cummerbund is pretty big too. This would work for a larger person. It's too big for me personally and with the rigid cummerbund I can't size it to where I'd like it. Size is L off the site.
