Description: We are pleased to offer an early silverplated serving knife with an engraved blade in Olive, a classic pattern. It's one of the first silverplate flatware patterns and as such, was made by a number of manufacturers; this piece came from Meriden Brittania Co, circa 1848. It's a hard to find piece and would have lent itself to serving ice cream or fish. Condition: Excellent, exceptional - no silver wear or loss, heel wear or shadows. There is a LRK monogram the pattern is crisp and well defined. Size: " long. Returns: If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know right away. We are happy to accept returns, however, we will not reimburse postage unless we agree that we inadvertently misrepresented the item.
