White Pottery (now turned a cream color), decorated with a Blue raised profile of Sioux Indian Chief Sleepy Eye (Ish-Tak-Ha-Ba) (1780 to 1860) wearing a War Bonnet, Plus Teepees and Trees. Blue Handle includes a Indian Head. Made as advertising, promotional pieces, and premiums for the Sleepy Eye Milling Co. of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. Measures about 6 1/2 inches H X 5 inches W. Holds 32 oz (1 quart). Used. Exterior has very overall fine crazying. Upper end of applied handle appears to have a fine crack on two sides.
