Description: Incredible set of 7 hand painted wood antique Russian Nesting dolls Eggs. The largest doll is of a Russian Cossack soldier. The next three are of people playing musical instruments. The next one is a musical instrument. The next is of a tied cloth bag with a flute, and the smallest one is of the tree of life. I believe these tell a story of a Russian man's life who was born a musician who ended up being a Russian Cossack Solider. The largest one is approximately 7 1/4 inches tall by 3 3/4 inches wide, and the smallest one is 3/4 inches tall. These are in excellent condition. This is one of the nicest sets I have owned.
