Description: SEE ALL OF THE PICTURES This is an interesting lot of mostly used European , BRITISH and North American stamps. This older lot includes mostly items prior to 1900 and most all are at least 100 years old. There are just over (90) stamps in this lot. There are mostly different items with a few duplicates noted here and there but types, watermarks, etc. are unchecked. There are certainly varieties of similar stamps that have not been checked. The notation from the original owner indicated that this lot has a catalogue value of "$800 + ". It would appear that the vast majority is in the Canadian and Great Britain early issues. Some of these Great Britain are faulty / perf in. There are a few other small faults noted here and there. We do not know which catalogue was used to determine this evaluation. We do not know the age of the valuation. Please feel free to inquire about individual items as is necessary. These stamps are offered as found. This valuation has not been confirmed by us and this is a nice lot of collectable items. There is nothing noted with major damage like large tears, large thins, holes, etc. The perforations are as pictured and there are nibbed corner perforations noted. There would appear to be some nice cancellations among even the earliest issues. These items were removed from a stock book and they are unresearched but checked for condition. Anything with major faults was removed. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT INDIVIDUAL ITEMS AS YOU FEEL NECESSARY. It is certainly possible that a small fault or flaw was missed in the once over. This lot is offered as found with a large lot of foreign stamps, revenues, BOB and covers that all were part of the same collection.
